Hey there, I’m Dr. Kelsey,
I was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, ON and am excited to bring my naturopathic practice and expertise back to this city. I am passionate about naturopathic medicine and the beneficial role it can play in our healthcare system, especially here in the North.
I have a passion and focus in perinatal care, including fertility, pregnancy and postpartum and enjoy supporting individuals from preconception to baby and beyond. As a complement to our conventional medical care during the perinatal period, naturopathic medicine can provide individuals with additional support to help them achieve their goals and optimal health.
As a naturopathic doctor, we are able to provide individualized care to each patient using various tools within our scope of practice, which includes but is not limited to; lab work, physical exams, focused supplementation, diet and lifestyle counseling, and acupuncture.
When I am not at the clinic, you can find me reading either a self-help or romance novel. I love to crochet, craft and dive into new DIY projects. I get excited about a unique find at a garage sale or the thrift store and I love to bake even though most of my creations from pinterest recipes turn out to be inedible.
At Northern Wellness Collective, my mission is to bridge the gap between naturopathic and conventional medicine. I provide comprehensive, compassionate and an evidence-based approach that empowers individuals to make well-informed decisions regarding their health and helps them to achieve their goals.

Dr. Kelsey Hroch, ND completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Biology at Laurentian University in Sudbury and recently obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto.
Dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of care, Dr. Kelsey Hroch, ND, is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She is also a member of several associations including the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). These affiliations highlight her commitment to both her own professional development and the advancement of naturopathic medicine as a whole.
